political stability
The Czech Republic is a stable parliamentary democracy, a member of NATO since 1999 and a member of the European Union (1st May 2004). The Czech Republic was the first CEE country admitted into the OECD and is fully integrated into other international organizations such as the WTO, IMF and EBRD.
